The Newcastle Disease Virus Multiplex RNA Test Kit
The Newcastle Disease Virus Multiplex RNA Test Kit allows for the simultaneous detection of the Newcastle disease virus and for a virulence factor (Mesogenic or velogenic marker) in extracts from tracheal/chloacal swabs.
Test duration after RNA extraction is approximately 100 minutes. Test reads at FAM, Texas Red and CY5 (Quasar 670) channels. For quantification of results, PCR standards NDV are available.
Multispecies Campylobacter Multiplex DNA test kit
The Multispecies Campylobacter Multiplex PCR Test Kit allows for the simultaneous detection of Campylobacter jejuni and/or Campylobacter coli and/or Campylobacter lari in extracts from porcine or avian samples. Test duration after DNA extraction is approximately 90 minutes.
Test reads at FAM, Texas Red, HEX (VIC) and CY5 (Quasar 670) channels. For quantification of results, PCR standards Campy are available.
