This week, the autumn edition of our well-known lab training was held. Fifteen BioChek customers from all over the world (ranging from as close by as the Netherlands to as far away as Pakistan) came to have three days of training for ELISA, PCR or both.
The focus points for the ELISA training were:
- Kit handling and preparation of reagents
- Performance of ELISA according to the BioChek ELISA protocol
- Validation of ELISA results using reference controls
- Troubleshooting ELISA
The focus points for the PCR training were:
- Kit handling and preparation of reagents
- Performance of PCR according to the BioChek PCR protocol
- Validation of PCR results using the BioChek Software
- Troubleshooting PCR
The evenings of Tuesday and Wednesday were filled with group diners and on Wednesday also a surprise Dutch activity.
