Semi-quantitative ELISA for the detection of antibodies against both type 1 and type 2 Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome virus.
The Porcine Respiratory Reproductive Syndrome Ab Test Kit detects antibodies to US, high pathogenic Asian and European PRRS Virus strains.
PRRS XR has a wide dynamic range in order to differentiate clearly between negative and low, medium and high positive antibody levels.
Porcine Respiratory Reproductive Syndrome Ab Test Kit detects:
- Antibodies against Type 1 (including subtypes) , Type 2 and HP Chinese strains
- Maternally Derived PRRSv Antibodies (MDA)
- Antibodies having good correlation with protective immunity (IPMA/IFA)1
