A highly sensitive and specific real-time PCR test kit for qualitative detection of Salmonella spp in primary production samples (e.g. booth swabs, feces, dust samples, …).
The vetproof® Salmonella qPCR LyoKit is validated according to DIN EN ISO 16140-2:2016 by an external expert laboratory. The kit is certified by MicroVal and licensed by FLI (Germany).
The kit is available in lyophilized format, ready-to-use. Simply add the samples to the PCR tubes with pre-dispensed, lyophilized reagents and run the test.
An internal control is included in the assay to rule out PCR inhibition, preventing false negative results.
