The BioChek ELISA tests are specific for detecting antibodies or antigens to various diseases common in chickens. Each kit consists of 5 test plates, conjugate, diluent, substrate, wash buffer, positive and negative controls. The results are given in titers allowing quantitative interpretation of results.
