CR200 Reference Control is a pre-diluted positive control antigen for the detection of Avian Leukosis Virus (ALV) p27 in ELISA assays.
It contains defined levels of p27 antigen, providing a reliable reference to verify assay performance and ensure consistent results.
This control supports accurate detection of ALV-associated infections, including those linked to Lymphoid Leukosis.
By using this reference control, all steps of the assay are validated, except for the sample dilution step.
