BioChek Buffer A is a complete set of reagents to perform DNA extraction (not suitable for RNA extraction). The only equipment that is needed is a heating block. The buffer is validated for Salmonella extraction. Check with the technical staff from BioChek for which other targets and matrices it can be used and for further specific details.
