O ensaio de diagn\u00f3stico de Salmonella da BioChek foi apresentado ao GCC para uso provis\u00f3rio em laborat\u00f3rios autorizados pelo NPIP at\u00e9 a Confer\u00eancia Bienal de 2020. <br><br>O comit\u00ea t\u00e9cnico de Salmonella da NPIP avaliou e recomendou a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do BioChek Salmonella spp DNA Test &#8211; Salmonella qPCR Reagents (BioChek USA, Scarborough, ME 04074). O 9-CFR 147.54 descreve os requisitos para a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de kits de teste de diagn\u00f3stico que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o licenciados pelo USDA para uso em laborat\u00f3rios autorizados pela NPIP. <br><br>O USDA sancionou o uso dos reagentes de qPCR para Salmonella mencionados acima para uso nos laborat\u00f3rios da NPIP at\u00e9 a pr\u00f3xima Confer\u00eancia Bienal. Os reagentes BioChek Salmonella spp DNA Test &#8211; Salmonella qPCR Reagents est\u00e3o aprovados para uso imediato.
