I primer e la sonda sono specifici per ORT; la sonda \u00e8 marcata con un fluoroforo specifico che viene rilevato in un canale designato del termociclatore qPCR. Dopo l&#8217;estrazione del DNA, i campioni vengono aggiunti ai pozzetti insieme alla miscela di reazione dedicata.
