Les amorces et la sonde sont sp\u00e9cifiques de l&rsquo;IBV ; la sonde est marqu\u00e9e par un fluorophore sp\u00e9cifique qui est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 dans un canal d\u00e9sign\u00e9 du thermocycleur qPCR. Apr\u00e8s extraction de l&rsquo;ARN, les \u00e9chantillons sont ajout\u00e9s aux puits avec le m\u00e9lange r\u00e9actionnel d\u00e9di\u00e9. Les puits pr\u00e9par\u00e9s sont plac\u00e9s dans le thermocycleur qPCR pour la transcription inverse, l&rsquo;amplification et la d\u00e9tection.
