Les produits amplifi\u00e9s sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s en temps r\u00e9el au moyen d&rsquo;une sonde d&rsquo;hydrolyse marqu\u00e9e sp\u00e9cifique, qui est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e dans un canal d\u00e9sign\u00e9 du thermocycleur qPCR. Les souches de terrain de Mycoplasma synoviae sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9es dans le canal FAM et la souche vaccinale MS-H est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e dans le canal CY-5. Un contr\u00f4le interne (CI) est d\u00e9tect\u00e9 dans le canal HEX pour l&rsquo;identification de l&rsquo;inhibition de la PCR afin de se pr\u00e9munir contre les r\u00e9sultats faussement
