Chaque kit de test PCR utilise le m\u00eame protocole de thermocycleur, ce qui permet au technicien d&rsquo;effectuer des r\u00e9actions PCR pour diff\u00e9rentes cibles en m\u00eame temps sur un seul thermocycleur. Tous les kits PCR BioChek sont valid\u00e9s pour une utilisation avec une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de thermocycleurs (ABI 7500 series, BioRad CFX96 et Stratogene Mx3005p) et un kit d&rsquo;extraction de l&rsquo;ADN total. Les r\u00e9sultats sont donn\u00e9s en valeurs Cq, ce qui permet de diff\u00e9rencier les charges d&rsquo;antig\u00e8nes faibles, moyennes et \u00e9lev\u00e9es.
