Los productos amplificados se detectan en tiempo real a trav\u00e9s de una sonda de hidr\u00f3lisis espec\u00edfica marcada, que se detecta en un canal designado en el termociclador de qPCR. Las cepas de campo de Mycoplasma synoviae se detectan en el canal FAM y la cepa de la vacuna MS-H se detecta en el canal CY-5. Se detecta un control interno (CI) en el canal HEX para la identificaci\u00f3n de la inhibici\u00f3n de la PCR para proteger contra resultados falsos negativos.   <\/p><p> <\/p><p>En resumen, el kit
