The vetproof® LyoKit range is available in a ready-to-use format in which the PCR reaction mix is lyophilized directly into PCR tubes. The kits are available in two formats: low profile (0.1 ml, white PCR tubes) and regular profile (0.2 ml, clear PCR tubes).

Low- or regular-profile PCR tubes must be used depending on the thermocycler used. Please check the table below and verify the specifications of your real-time cycler to determine which kit format needs to be used with your thermocycler.
